Children's summer camp in Dricans “experiment 24 +”

During the summer holidays, the Teicana High School volunteer teacher team hastened to organize the children's summer camp “experiment 24 +”, which took place between 26 and 30 June. The camp activities were carefully planned in the month of February, written and submitted for funding in the ABLV Charitable Foundation.
This year, camp activities were focused on orientations in competency education. The purpose of the camp was to promote children's interest in learning, studying, developing curiosity, offering to explore the world through experimentation, observing and concluding.
Mostly children worked with household resources and things, carried out experiments that could be shown at home to parents, involving brothers and sisters. It was practically learned how to make eko plastic and used it in the design of both shapes and as an antistress ball. Her mother was surprised by her self-prepared lipstick and her eyelashes. Coloured yarn in natural colouring matters, in the form of bulbs, bombs, beans, blackberries and aronium juice, picking cucumbers, whey whey, citric acid. Indescribable fun was provided by Drawing with foot, missile launching, balloon battle. Experimented with flowers saturated with different food colours. The chicken bones were stored in vinegar throughout the week, and they could be folded and tied into the node. Not “burning water” and “cherry compote without berries” and other experiments!
A wonderful day, in terms of weather and content, was the day of excursion in the mini-oo “rose” and the “whites” of the horse.
The final event was attended by children's parents, brothers, sisters. Many of them were surprised at their apologies, openness, insistence, presentation.
Zinta, the project manager of the Fundation “ABLV Charitable Bank”, visiting us on the last day of camp, nometne rating  in one sentence, “i had never met such delighted children.” Each member of the camp also received the gifts of the Foundation.
