Free information seminars for farmers in April

In April, SIA “Latvian Centre for Rural Consultation and Education” organizes free informative seminars on changes in the European Union and national legislation relating to rural and forest management.
Seminars will provide information on Altum support programmes for farmers, on changes in the procedures for granting direct payments, amending the laws and regulations governing tax and accounting accounting. The information will also include changes to the law on protection zones, the European Union's support to forest owners, and other issues.
Seminars will be held in the Rēzekne District Gaigalavas, Nautrēnu, Kaunatas, Maltas and Viļānu in parish Dekšāres.
5 April – Gaigalavas parish cultural house;
7 April – Nautrēnu parish sports hall – cultural house;
8 April – Kaunatas parish in the People's House;
13 April – Maltas parish cultural house;
14 April – Dekšāres in the parish administration hall.
Start of seminars at 10.00.
The rest of the parish are invited to visit the closest, most advantageous seminar venue.
