Free tool for creating web polls and registration forms

The European Commission has established and offers to provide everyone with a tool to create web-based questionnaires and registration forms. This tool is an online survey management system designed to create and publish all forms available worldwide, such as surveys related to public interest, user satisfaction surveys, public consultation, and registration forms, etc.

The tool offers a large number of different types of questions and answers, both with simple text and modern elements such as corrigentable tables and multimedia elements.

The tool is available in two ways:

• in Open Code Version https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/software/ipm/description

The tool is multilingual, open code and is available free of charge. The tool is created with ISA programmes support.
