“Sails” all creative and creatively

IN THE Kaunatas youth centre “sails”, the project “creative and creativity” supported by the Rēzekne municipality was implemented, during which the unused space was “revived” and modernised. Interestingly with different color techniques, all walls are painted; one wall is stylish painted; another wall is turned into a “shift” in the wall of the exhibition – changing events/seasons/festivals, decorations are/will be replaced against new ones.
During the project, a number of interesting events took place in the youth centre – drawing afternoon, lecture on color and space, creative workshops, creating space interior, planning and performing. Young people were active in both groups and individually, manifested themselves and realizing their ideas and ideas. There was a lecture on “color and space”, which was directed by Dace Zagorska, a visual art teacher. During the lecture, there was an opportunity to find out about the interior's color tendencies, colours and other interior tricks. A specific room master was offered in the lesson and had to create an interior design. During the project, there was a drawing afternoon “my dream room”, during which everyone had the chance to imagine, create, draw up their dream room. There was a creative workshop where autumn decorations were created, the self-made masterworks of young people and children, who both built one of the walls of the room and fit well as interior objects.
Young people actively participated in the activities and activities offered. They were given the opportunity to express themselves, to create their own recreational corner, to negotiate and implement their ideas and ideas. Together with young people we set up a comfortable and cosy room, a recreational corner where it is pleasant not only to be, sit, but it is also useful to spend time – a beautiful meeting place, a room of meetings, thoughts and ideas, which encourages activities and activities. It is a great attestation of our own work. Together we can all!
At the end of the project, an opening tape was cut to the satisfaction of the festival. We enjoyed the cake with young people, talked and hired future plans. In implementing this project, young people had interesting ideas for further action, organisation of events and promotion of the youth centre. We are pleased and proud of what we have done!
