Dricānu at secondary school is one of the best sports teachers of Latvia!

IN the competition “year sports teacher 2019” organised by the Ministry of Education and Science, one of the six best sports teachers in Latvia has been recognised AS a Dricānu secondary school sports teacher INESE BOLSHIA.
The Latvian Ministry of Education and Science organizes the “year sports teacher” for the fifteenth year. The aim of the competition is to find the most professional sports teacher in Latvia, to promote the role of sport teacher in the educational process of healthy and physically active young generation, as well as to raise the prestige of the teacher's profession.
The competition takes place in two stages - in the first of them, the Commission assesses the applicants' applications, placing six teachers in the second round. In the second round of the competition, the three best participants are identified, from which the highest rated teacher receives the main prize.
It is very proud that, in the second round of 36 candidates, THERE was also a Dricānu secondary school sports teacher Inese Bolshia!
On Thursday, November 28, the teachers nominated for the second round of the competition led a sports hour at Oscar Kalpaka at the Riga People's Office. A professional and demanding jury assessed the ability of a teacher to use a variety of learning methods and means to demonstrate the quality of the exercise, or to involve students in demonstrating them, to provide feedback in an hour. Training hours emotional background, compliance with safety rules and other criteria were also evaluated.
The winner of the competition and the title of “year sports teacher 2019” will be announced shortly before Christmas, December 19, the event “Latvian Year Award in Sport 2019”. We support and proud our Isar, who is able to excite young people, prepare them for countless competitions and win!
