September is a month of poetry. Our noble writer, poet, public employee Anton Rupainis was born on 13 September, so that year, on the 112 th birthday of the writer, as usual, the pupils went to THE Bērzgales graveyard to put flowers at the foot of the monument, and on 19 September an event was held for the poetry organised by Anton Rupains Museum in collaboration with the school and the parish library.
Students of classes 1-5 met with poets, mele Guilani, and her daughter, Irba Barbale. Although he is only five years old, the girl has an active creative spark. She seems to be good at anything she deals with – the dance of the People's dance, the dance of the line-dance-teacher, Anita Turlaya, and singing “caramel” (teacher Sigita Kuzmina), together with PII's music teacher, Ivetu Kopel, learn to play piano, make stories and poems, which are now written by her mother, are willing to take part in a variety of events.
A book has come out in the spring - telling children about the craftsmen and the posts “Meikulenš Epazeist omotus”. One story from the book was read by the author. It was interesting for children to hear a story in Latgalian language and understand that in Latgalian language, books can be written.
The poetry of the poetry was painfully decorated by pupils: Maria Red, Robert Ransen, Agate Opincane, and Catherine Marcinkevich.
The poetry took place in an attractive atmosphere, each participant in the event was not only a poetry, but also tried to create a poem himself. Because a poem can be in a picture of a painting, it was drawn from the beginning, then written and read, all enthusiastic together. It turned out to be not so easy. There was also a teacher, and it was fascinating.
The event was interesting. Thank you Meldrai and Irbei Barbala, thank the teachers, the pupils who actively participated, thank the people of the cultural house for their support, Ilzei as a photographer.

To meet at the next events in the museum!
