Days of poetry at Tiskādu High School

“Poetry is the sun that does everything alive...” (Rainis)
September is the month of commemoration of the Latvian People's poet Rainis. Our school also had a day of poetry. In the course of the poetry, the pupils illustrated the poems of Rainis, and also formed the flower compositions, using poetry lines.
On September 11, on Ryan's birthday, we visited Ryan's homeland in Tadenava, Berkenele and Yasmuiža. His emotions and impressions were expressed in presentations, reading Ryan poems and singing songs. We hope that this will encourage children to drink and create themselves.
