Catering service providers invited to participate in Rēzekne Municipality Day – art picnic IN Lūznavas manor
On July 21, the traditional art and taste festival “art picnic” AT Lūznavas manor will be held within the Rēzekne municipality. The diversity of the musical program, and an unhurried picnic experience, watching dance shows, doll performances and contemporary circus performances. The opportunity to rest and participate in creative workshops.
Rēzekne District Art Picnik Lūznavas Manor organizer - Rēzekne Municipality Authority “Maltas parish association” unit “Lūznavas parish administration” - calls on traders to apply for the provision of catering services during the art picnic. The organiser will assess the eligibility of the applicant for participation in the market. Priority will be given to applicants operating in the Rēzekne District and Latgale (Priority 1), which offer cooking masters and meals (priority 2) and those who are start-ups (Priority 3).
The visual presentation of the catering site is co-ordinated with the festival organisers. The applicant shall co-ordinate the range of food assortments and services to be provided by submitting a written description of the goods and services offered or photographs of the food assortment.
Applications are expected to be submitted by 11 July 2019 at the submission of a completed submission available on the website of the municipality of Rezekne or sent electronically at the email address of the person in the e-mail address: iveta.balcune@rezeknesnovads.lv.
A natural person who has not registered his or her economic activity shall submit a certificate available in the home page of the municipality of Rezekne or sent electronically at the request of the person's e-mail. A completed submission must be submitted electronically by sending to e-mail: info@luznava.lv or personally Rēzekne municipality institution “Maltas parish association” in the premises of the unit “Lūznavas parish administration” (Castle Street 6, Luznava, Tel: 26492644). Time of acceptance every working day from 9:00-12.00,13.00-16:00.
