On 29 January, a musical literature festival “on birthday at Beethoven” was held at THE Ivanova Rēzekne Music School.
The main objective of the festival was to promote the research and promotion of the biography of the composer among the students of music schools, as well as the acquisition of new experience. It included 10 teams from various music schools - Rezekne, Maltas, Zilupes, Karsava, Varakalans, Viļāniem, Balvi, Baltinava, Ludza and Gulbenes. 5 participants in each team.
THE Maltas music school team was represented by: Marie-Talkiu, Erica Ruhmane, Agate Gjibowska, Kaspars Bačkurs, Intars Schtekel.
At the time of the festival, each team had to perform 5 tasks (4 – in writing, 1 – orally). A subject quiz should be carried out, the errors in Beethoven biography should be corrected, the video, audio and visual issues should be answered, as well as reacted to rapid issues, or in the impact Victorin.
THE Maltas music school team won the best rating among the 10 teams that were awarded the title of the “Atraktīvākās” team. The main prize was 6 tickets to Ludwig van Beethoven, a wax and an Ausnieks concert for electric guitar in Latgale embassy “Gors.”
I would like to thank the teacher of the music literature, Elitai Kupcova, for his work in the preparation of children, as well as for all THE PARTICIPANTS in THE Maltas music team, the “rade revolution” (as they call themselves), the attractiveness shown, and the results achieved.
Thank you very much TO MR Ivanova Rēzekne's music school for the warm reception and the wonderful festival. All creative and successful this year.
Maltas music school director Normunds Schtekel
