On March 18 at 14.00 a seminar for young people on cross-border mobility “accepts the challenge” will be held at the European Union House (Aspasian Boulevard 28, Riga).

You have an idea to go abroad in a training, youth exchange or volunteering project, but there is a lack of knowledge and support?
The experts of the seminar youth international programme agency and the National Education Development Agency will present the new Erasmus + programme opportunities and talk about what to take into account when adopting the challenge of learning abroad.
Next, young people will be able to learn about a set of online tasks that makes it possible to make sure that it is the right time to go to the world and whether young people have the necessary knowledge and skills so that the time spent abroad is appropriate for expectations and provides the desired experience.
At the end of the event, the co-ordinator of the association “JASMA”, Aleksandrs Oļeinikovs, who accepted the challenge and gained an irrevocable experience, went into the European Voluntary Work Project to Belarus in 2009.
Invite stakeholders to log in to the seminar before writing to e-mail address esmaja@esmaja.lv or by calling 67085445.
We recall that all measures IN THE EU house are free.
The event is organised within a thematic month: in March, THE EU house focuses on employment, social inclusion and the promotion of e-skills.
