Festival “second elp 2019” Sakstagala Jānis KCo at Basic School

In our school, the European Social Fund project No. 8.3.2.2/16/I/001 “Support for the Development of Individual Competencies of Educatees” was active throughout the school year and “think green” is used again! “. Students took a variety of dances, gained knowledge of environmental protection and learned the possibilities of reuse of things. By the end of the school year, the participants of the group invited school members to the festival“ second breath ”. In the opening concert of the festival we enjoyed ten dance pressures, the girls in the fashion scene demonstrated the transformation of clothing, as well as the songs called for the school choir and the 4 th grade student Agnes Doroščonoku. An exhibition of pupils' works could be seen in the school exhibition hall.
After the concert, our school teachers had prepared workshops for pupils who had the opportunity to make new beautiful things from secondary materials, to explore the pyrography technique as an opportunity for the transformation of wooden objects, to deepen environmental protection with the help of interactive games, to visit the Quaeste room, to participate in song, dance and sports activities until the second breath opened.
At the end of the festival, we all gathered together in the school hall to a joint music workshop and a total of school total dance from the dental workshop. The students enjoyed the festival. It was a happy, positive, conscious atmosphere. For all of us, both pupils and teachers have opened their second breath to new, creative ideas!
