Franz Trassa Museum “Colnasate” - 25

On September 9, MR Trassa's museum “Colnasate” celebrated his 25-year anniversary. The museum is created in the home of a clerk, a statesman, cultural and public employee, Latgale awakening cellar Francis Trassa (1864-1926) in the parish OF “Colnasate” Sakstagala. MR Tradog devoted his life to the people, their pooling, education and prosperity.
Over the course of 25 years, the museum has become a significant cultural centre in both the parish and the municipality of Rezekne and beyond. If only the Trassu family had been seen in the early days, the Latgale rural area was established in time, comprising: F. Tradog's homeland house, rock, aka, crucifix, black sauna, large modern technology-equipped exhibition house.
In the celebration of the museum anniversary, V.E. Rēzekne – Bishop of Aglona's dienosis, Jānis Boaris enrolled the recreated crucifix and new exhibition of the renovated wood-sculptor Anton Ranana in the museum territory, supplemented by new museum items, which have been reported at the end of the 19.gs s and early 20.gs s, F. Trassu, his contemporaries and family. Exhibition annotations are in Latgalian, Latvian and English. A room for museum pedagogical programs, where it will be possible to meet F. Tradog's biography, his activities in clerical, politics, literature, using modern technologies.
The museum anniversaries included former and existing museum employees, cultural people, REPRESENTATIVES of F. Tradog family, pilgrims from Riga and other stakeholders. With a moment of silence, the museum employees who had left the sun were mentioned, among them the director of the long-standing F. Trassa museum “Colnasate” Valentina Bruzgule, who had invested in the creation of the museum and the promotion of F. Trassun's name.
The event was covered by the folklore “Uses” from Ozolmuižas parish (vad. Andina), “Colnasate” from Sakstagala parish, “Vydsmuiža” from Gaļana parish, Etnographic ensemble “Rikava” (lead Aija Dundure), as well as the small composition of the post-folklore group Rikis. I see MR Tradog's drama, “Nugrymushima”, gave a set of Sakstagala parish friends (lead Ināra Gretina). Imants Petrovskis, priest of the Catholic Catholics of Rome, spoke.
THE household family of THE Tradog Museum “Colnasate” is delighted with every participant in the anniversary event and a visitor who found time in the daily haste to visit the excellent son of Latgale's son.
