Gaigalavas JC “enjoy” calls for participation in the project “(sa) Friends”!

Gaigalavas JC “enjoy” participants invite young people (aged 13-30) to participate in the initiative project “(sa) Friends!”, which will take place AT Gaigalavas in the cultural house on 27 May from plkst.. 18.00 to 12.00 22.00. The aim of the project is to promote the joy of movement, the improvement of self-sensation, the creation of mutual communication and friendship contacts between the visitors of THE “enjoy” of THE Gaigalavas youth centre and the other members of the Rēzekne municipality/children's leisure centres in an informal efficient way through dance. The dances will be guided by the musicians of the chapel.
The event will be a good opportunity for guests to get to know Gaigalava, its young people, go into a joint excursion and play the Welcome Games before the main part of the project (from 18.00 to 12.00 20.00.) It will be a great alternative to Friday “tea”, especially in the week of health, involving young people in healthy physical activity ― dances or dancos, as this activity contributes to the improvement of positive emotions, the improvement of perception, memory and thinking as well as the improvement of general health. The main activity of the project — danchi — also carries out a socialisation mission, helping to discard individual complexes, anxiety, injuries, character properties, which interfere with the interaction, thereby creating more rapid communication, friendly contacts and further cooperation opportunities.
