“Family winter sports day” OWLS “beacon”

Saturday, February 18, the water tourism development centre “lighthouse” was spent in an active, sporting competition.
The main event of “Family Winter Sport” was a family competition in 5 different activities. In parallel, the competition also took place in 2 activities of the individual competitions – low-ice fishing and “litter gates”. The activity “Quick-off” was cancelled due to unsuitable weather and safety reasons.
During the family race, there were points in activities such as ragava towing, litter gates, blind volleyball, Snowman velvet and centre of orientation. The teams went through a variety of ways in which the team was doing better, another worse, but the highest number of points in the competition and the first place was acquired by the Anckinu family, who had also picked up and made homework for the “Original ragava” competition, thus obtaining additional points. The honest second place was acquired by the Druļu family, who had also prepared his ragava competition and the third place was fought by the grain family, who took part in the competition with Grandfather Voldemar Vabali. Thank you for your active participation in the competition for Gulbine and Focal families.
Carlis Colnejs was awarded the honest first place with a catch of 2.550 kg.
A total of 25 participants took part in the competition. We thank all families for their participation in the competition.
