Amendments to the Committees of Permanent Committees of the Rēzekne District Council

On 16 October, members of the Rēzekne District Council unanimously approved amendments to permanent committee configurations. In the future, Mr Peteris Stanka will be active in the Standing Committee on Territorial Development, Planning, Economy, Environment and Infrastructure (until now, in the Standing Committee on Education, Culture and Sport and in the Territorial Permanent Committee), Member of Jānis Macans in the Standing Committee on Education, Culture and Sport, as well as in the Standing Committee on Social Affairs and Health at Work (so far as the Financial Permanent Committee), while Imanta Skudra's mandate as a member of the mandate of Imanta Skudras will be held in the Territorial Permanent Committee and the Financial Permanent Committee. It should be noted that all Members who changed committees are from the Greens and Farmers Union. The chairmen and alternates of the modified committees are scheduled to be elected at the next committee meetings on 23 October and confirmed at the Council meeting on 6 November.
