Four candidates shall be nominated at the meeting OF the population FOR the position of the head of the parish administration OF Stoļerovas

On 17 August, the parish of Stoļerovas parish had arrived in a large number of visitors to express their thoughts on what they would like to see as the head of the next Stoļerovas parish administration. It should be noted that, for several years, with the change of the head of a parish administration, the nominations of the next managers have been taken from the middle of their own population, because the responsibility of the manager is double – not only against the management of the municipality, but also against the parish residents – the direct employer who has entrusted the management and development of the parish. Four candidates were nominated in the meeting: Valentina Arbidane, Edgars Paškovs, Nathalie Kowalevska and Aivars Luca.
The candidates currently nominated have been given time by 25 August to prepare the necessary documents for participation in the competition, including a description of the life of the life or a COPY of the DOCUMENTS certifying the knowledge of the official language, as well AS THE concept of the development of THE parish administration OF Stoļerovas. The competition to THE office of THE Stoļerovas parish administration will take place in two stages. The documents submitted by applicants will be evaluated first, while at the end of August applicants will be invited to the municipality of Rezekne, where their knowledge of regulatory enactments regulating the work of the local government and parish administration, the organisation of procurement, the prevention of conflicts of interest, the implementation of projects, as well as the general knowledge of THE parish of Stoļerovas and Rezekne. In order to be fully objective, applicants will have to complete the tests and submit the development programme anonymously. In order for residents to be sure that the competition is going to be honest, THE representatives of the consultative Council of Stoļerovas parish residents will also be invited to participate as observers in the selection process of the manager.
AT THE meeting OF Stoļerovas parish, the chairman OF the Rēzekne District Council TOOK part IN Monvīds Švarcs, Vice-President Elhusband Pizane and executive director of the municipality of Rezekne, Jānis Troška, as well as the council members Peter Karaceyev, Kaspars Melnis and Stanislav Skesters. Monvīds Švarcs called on the nominated candidates to think about the issues that the people have been actively interested in: they are both roads and questions about transport etc. The next meeting with the residents is planned prior to approval of the candidate of the selected administration in the meeting of the council of Rezekne.
It is recalled that a new Stoļerovas parish head of administration is being searched, as the former manager Vitalijs Muravskis turns into a council with a submission to dismiss him or her from his or her own election.
