The possibility of finding good partners and developing competitive international projects.
The information point OF THE EU “Europe for Citizens” programme in Latvia, in cooperation with the programme information points in Estonia and Lithuania, organizes an international partnership-promoting seminar in the framework of the Riga programme support activities “European Remembrance”.
Main objective of the measure it is necessary to collect approximately 30 participants from various organisations and institutions in the Baltic States – Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania with the idea of finding partners and developing cooperation within THE framework of THE “European Remembrance” support activities of THE EU “Europe for Citizens” programme.
Participants: Representatives of organisations from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania who are interested in building cooperation projects within the framework of the programme.
Time: 26 and 27 November
Place: EU House, Aspasion Boulevard 28, Riga
Working language: English
Membership fee: 10 euro per participant. The membership fee shall cover, in part, the organisational costs of the measure.
Reimbursement of membership fees: THE Ministry of Culture OF LATVIA will reimburse the membership fee after the event participants from Latvia on the basis of documents certifying expenditure (invoice, payment order).
Registration: The application event has been fixed by 19 November 2015, sending one slide with a member organisation name and contact information to the programme information point in Estonia e-mail kadri@kysk.ee. After you send an e-mail, you'll receive an invoice for participation in a workshop.
Selection of participants: The workshop will be notified of the first 10 participants who have applied for the event and paid the membership fee.
26 November supper: Unfortunately, the participants from Latvia are not provided with accommodation in Riga, but we are invited to join the participants for dinner on 26 November at the bistro “AIRO MINI”, Elizabetes Street 65. The costs of dinner are borne by THE Ministry of Culture OF THE LR.
