Ilzeskaln coach hall

Ilzeskalna parish women's “home-way” day centre “provides hand” activities and a circle of interests in the new year has been expanded and improved with unprecedented opportunities for leisure opportunities. A long-old dream of an active lifestyle is filled - Ilzeskalns has his own trainer hall.
The equipment was purchased in consultation with sports professionals who assessed what trainers were the most necessary and appropriate for the prospective visitor contingent. It is now possible for visitors to pick up weights and hangings, exercise back and abdominal muscles, etc., so that without unnecessary expenditure there is a colossal chance of getting a gymnastic, trained, beautiful body, improving general health. The idea of a trainer hall and its implementation is THE work of Ilzeskalna parish sports work organizer Welgas Lāces and women's society “home road” for the benefit of all Ilzeskalna people.
