There is a People's Festival and a celebrated day that comes into our lives and remains a tradition. The Petersday in New Zealand, the “podiers” at home, is celebrated for years. Everyone knows that the house owner Peter Gailums, a familiar and talented ceramic, every year in the middle of the summer, on June 29, gathered friends, relatives, neighbours and colleagues at their home. But the fate draws his articles on our paths. Now, for a third year, the masters of “podiers” are celebrating in an eternal silence in the garden ….
Latgale's strength and belief, the constant is the tradition of Peterday celebration in the middle of the Gailums family, friends, relatives and acquaintances.
Every new day in human life comes with its color, sound, soul vibration and scent. There is a summer in full flourish, singing meadows, each given the opportunity to draw the natural energy and the drum.
The Petersday morning was windy, even cool, but pretty enough to SEE the visitors of the “Podniekos” parish from nearby and far away. As the wind of the morning's silver dew from the grass straps had been swallowed by the wind, Peterday's fire began to peek into the valley of the People's song. The participants of the event gradually came into the crowd with the recently fired baker to see the moment when the works of the ceramic Ug Puzuel and the small podiers, after “fires”, begin their way of life in a new form. Both the works removed from the biscuit and the pre-plots were made up of a beautiful, multi-coloured exhibition that the viewer did not miss throughout the course of the event. The musical design, which was enshrined by the People's Musicans Peter Belinsky, Anton Savickis, and Aija Keiša, took over the trails of the memories at times. The famous wisdom of the People's songs sang a set OF Ilzeskalna folklore.
The environmental objects in the donation garden and its vicinity are the work of both Ilzeskalna youth centre activists Diana Drozdova, Naura Mivrenica, Naura Krasmava and Madara Elsa, and Nautrēnu high school pupils Anne and Maria Katars. All beautiful fans were also delighted by Jura Soikāns Ludza Art School'S Nautrēnu child-made ceramic buttons and luminaires. Every visitor was delighted about the beautiful garden, the flowering flowers, the house of the house and the house of the festival.
For the power and health of the housewife, Maija and her chaky assistants: daughters Ramona and Agrita with families, Aivars, Maria, Anne, and all those who have made their arteries in the beauty of this beautiful event!
Summer flower plants could be bought in the plant market. In the ceramic workshop, both children's and parents' hand-made clay works, waiting for their line to be “heated” in the next pot of pottery.
There was a private collection of Peter Gailums's pods, as well as anyone could get acquainted with the information gathered in the information presentation about the work of the ceramic.
There is no imaginary Peterday without an interesting, “noisy” and fun in the middle of the Peteru ryucin. As it was every year, on this Saturday, the oval and dust clouds, the motorcyclists stopped in New Zealand.
A moment later, a crowd of friends, friends and acquaintances with flowers in their hands and memories in the hearts, bowed their heads quietly to Peter Giles's grave. Flowers and candles remained a greeting when the words had become redundant.
A day after the day, one moment hurries another, the moments between work and rest in the calendar. The project “environmental objects in Kromakalna” will continue throughout the summer. Successful collaboration BETWEEN Ilzeskalna and Rogovka youth centre activists will create many new sites that are planned for August.
So let's see when the garden of the blackberries cries black berries and the calendar on the wall will say that summer goes to the end.
All successful, sunny and beautiful, this year's flower and fruit time!
