In Memorandum: Imants ants

Imants ants
10 April 1953 – 26 October 2015

So hard is silence,
That even the mist comes to comfort us, like.
The sky seems to be as close as ever.
And people like angels with lights
Come and come and come...

On October 26, at the age of 62, after a long struggle with a serious illness, Imants ants, a permanent head of the Rēzekne regional centre of Rezekne, a former member of the Rēzekne council, a good and loving husband, father and grandfather.

Imants ants was born on April 10, 1953 in Rēzekne District Mākoņkalna parish, Jānis and Genovefa ants in the family as the youngest son. He had spent his childhood in the painted parish OF Mākoņkalna. After the completion of Zosna's eighteen-year-old school, the training continued in Viane Technical. Then, for a period of two years, conscription into mandatory military service. Returning from the army, he joined the Latvian Agricultural Academy, which was completed in 1980 by a diploma of engineer-engineer.

At the time of his studies, Imants met and in 1978 his rings with the love of his life Olga. There were 37 years of dignity and love. A son, Ilgvars and daughter Marika, raised in the family. Now the family is delighted by the little eagle grandson Rihards.

Following the acquisition of higher education, Imants ants returned to the home side and started a working area in the agro-industrial association (RAPO). He initially worked as an engineer engineer, then appointed as chief engineer, and a couple of years later as Deputy Chief of THE RAPE. He later worked as head of the Rēzekne District Agricultural Department. In 1994, “Unibankas” took over the role of Head of the Rēzekne branch, while from 2000 to 2015 he was headed by the regional centre of the insurance company Baltikums.

Since the establishment of the Rēzekne municipality in 2009, Imants Skudra was carrying out the duties of a Member of the Rēzekne District and chaired the Standing Committee on Development, Planning, Economy, Environment and Infrastructure. In September 2014, seeing that health problems were no longer preventing the responsibility of a Member, Imants ants had put down the mandate of a Member.

The co-people described Imanta as always a kind and responsive person who didn't give anyone help or advice. Imant did not like the quarry, so all the disharmony he had tried to deal with in a peaceful conversation. He did not look at the problems, but the solutions. That is why Imant had inherited the dignity and love of fellow people. He was the soul of a company who always had some encouraging word to say, what a funny joke to laugh with or a singing song to sing. That is, smiling, knowledgeable, and cheerful – Imant will remain in our memories and hearts.

At the moment of sadness we are together and say the deepest sympathy to the family, relatives, colleagues and friends of Imanta's ants.

Goodbye from Imanta ants is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, at 10.00 Rēzekne painting in the Roman Catholic Church. On earth, Imants ants will be slept alongside parents, born Mākoņkalna parish Bereznk in the graveyard.
