Implementation of the project "Purchase of gypsy suits FOR Griškānu parish,“ Charger ”.

Within the framework of the Rēzekne District Community Partnership LAD LEADER programme, the project “Purchase OF gypsy suits FOR Griškānu parish” “Charger” No 17-01-AL15-a019 .2202-000052 has been implemented. As a result of the implementation OF the project, Griškānu parish “Charger” has acquired 10 women's gypsy suits, totalling EUR 4720 (four thousand seven hundred and twenty euros). The public funding of the project is 4248 EURO and THE co-financing of THE parish administration OF Griškānu is 472 EURO.
By this time, the members of the ensemble took up self-made garments in all cultural events, which unfortunately did not meet the requirements of modern artistic self-operation. By realizing the project, the members of the ensemble have acquired new, beautiful clothes. A set of women includes: 10 gypsy brunches with 3 suns, 10 silk blouses with long sleeves, 10 wide chicken belts with coins, 10 head scarves, 10 large flower wool handkerchiefs, 10 wigs, 10 monsters with coins, 10 shoe pairs.
SIA “Baltics Exclusive” was produced by gypsy uniforms. Thank Olenai Vinogradova for work and cooperation. Thank you also for the parish manager Janis Alexander and Aivars Vigupam for the transport services provided.
The Bar Englishman, dressed in newcomers, will promote the Roma People's culture through festivals and thematic events in his parish, Rēzekne District, and beyond.
