Launching video competitions for young people

Rēzekne Municipality Education Board announces the video competition “as – Lobuoais Rēzeknis Nuvoda uzņmiejs 2025” (“Eu – best Rēzeknes municipality businessman 2025”), inviting young people or groups of young people from 13 to 30 years to participate in it. The participants must submit a maximum of five minutes of video material by 22 October, where the subject of how each one sees themselves as the best performer of Rezekne in 2025.
Video can be submitted in electronic form by inserting it into the portal www.youtube.com and send the file's address to e-mail: janis.saudins@saskarsme.lv. When assessing the videos that have been sent, the jury will take into account whether the video was produced by the young people themselves, how original and qualitative is the video, as well as the linking of the filmed material to the theme of the competition. The results will be reported after 28 October. The best video authors will receive money prizes: 1 st – 140 EURO, 2 nd place – 100 EURO and 3 rd place – 60 EURO. It should be noted that the video competitions for the municipality of Rezekne are held for a third year. Last year, the “Latgale Museum Studeja” video was recognized as the best.
