By 25 October, applications for the fourth round of THE LEADER project competition are pending

The association “Rēzekne District Communities Partnership” declares the 4 th round of open project applications with a total funding of 156 477.44 EURO. Adoption of project applications: 25 September 2017 to 25 October 2017.
The partnership of the Rēzekne District Communities with the support OF THE EAFRD continues the implementation of the “public-driven local development strategy 2015-2020” (SEA strategy) for the implementation OF the “quality and improved living environment” target (m2) for THE RDP 2014-2020 as part of the “implementation of activities under the community-led local development strategy”. The adoption of project applications will take place at the disposal of THE IMVA strategy m2 “development of citizens' initiatives, lifelong learning” (R.2 .2.).
R2 .2. Development of citizens' initiatives, lifelong learning: 
Amount of aid aid: EUR 156 477,44
Maximum amount of eligible costs per project: EUR 7 000; EUR 5 000 for the purchase of clothes for interest education and amateur needs (dance, music, sports, art etc.); EUR 2 000 for training projects.
Maximum aid intensity: 90% of the amount of eligible costs of the project (public benefit project).
Description of the action: An action will support the development of infrastructure for the development of public activities and lifelong learning services: purchase of equipment, equipment and equipment, including the creation of various interest clubs (excluding investments in construction).
Deadline for implementation of projects:
• 2 years from the DECISION of THE LAD decision on the approval of the project application - if the project is implemented in activity “site potential development initiatives” and the project provides for the cost of eligible costs “ensuring the remuneration and operation of the project-related personnel”, which does not exceed 15% of the total eligible costs of the project;
1 year from THE DECISION of THE LAD on the approval of the project application – for the other projects.
Implementation area OF THE IMVA strategy: the municipality of Rezekne and THE municipality OF Viļānu.
