Launched LEADER competition for public benefit projects

The association “Rēzekne District Communities Partnership” declares the 7 th round of the open LEADER project applications with a total funding of 510 660.00 EURO. The project competition is announced AS a “qualitative and well-equipped living environment” of THE IMVA strategy for funding for rural development of the European Agricultural Fund FOR Rural Development IN THE IMVA strategy actions:
2.1. “Preserved and populated cultural history, natural heritage, improved public infrastructure” — funding allocated 255 329,44 EURO; maximum eligible costs per project of EUR 35 000. Within the framework of the action, it is intended to support the public infrastructure of the partnership area – the organisation of cultural history, natural objects, improvement of accessibility and the improvement of the territory, with investments in construction and the purchase of equipment.
2.2. “Development of citizens' initiatives, lifelong learning” — eur 102 133.00 ALLOCATED; maximum eligible costs per project 7 000 EURO; 5 000 EURO — purchase of suits for interest education and amateur needs (dance, music, sports, art etc.); EUR 2 000 for training projects. The action will support the creation of infrastructure, the purchase of equipment, equipment and hardware (creation of various interest clubs) for the development of public activities and lifelong learning services.
2.3. “Development of social and health services”: eur 153 197,56, maximum eligible costs per project of EUR 20 000. The action will support the creation of infrastructure, the purchase of equipment, equipment and hardware (creation of various interest clubs) for the development of public activities and lifelong learning services.
Project applications may be submitted from 15 April 2019 to 15 May 2019 at Rural Support Service (LAD) www.lad.gov.lv Electronic login in https://eps.lad.gov.lv/login.
Submitter of a public project: a legal person (including local government, association and foundation) or a natural person. Aid intensity up to 90% of the amount of eligible costs of the project.
