Announced second project competition
Second project application competition Cross-border cooperation programmes of Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus under the European Neighbourhood Instrument 2014-2020 have been announced 22 November 2017. The deadline for submission of applications is 22 February 2018, at 12:00 (Vilnius time, GMT +2). To date, project applications must be submitted to the Joint Technical Secretariat (Konstitutios pr. 7, LT-09308, Vilnius.
Programs strategic objective it is important to strengthen relations, increase capacity and share experiences between people and organizations from Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus through joint projects aimed at increasing the overall quality of life in border regions.
Applications corresponding to the following criteria are expected in the second call for proposals: for thematic objectives:
1. Promoting social inclusion and combating poverty;
2. Support for good local and regional administration;
3. Promotion of local culture and preservation of historical heritage.
