Water reservoir cleaned and pedestrian walkways Ozolaines parish in Beku village

On 19 May, the project “Cleaning of pole water reservoirs and the installation of pedestrian walkways (within the framework of the surrounding environmental improvement measures) in Beku village, Ozolaines parish, Rezekne municipality” was put into service. The project resulted in the cleaning works of the reservoir, the construction of the ditch, the relocation of the ground, the establishment of the bathing site, the installation of pedestrian walkways, the development of the soil surface in the trace of pedestrian roads, the construction of the base of the sand, the dismantling of existing structures, the fitting of footmen, the setting of the environment, including grass sowing and other works.

It should be noted that the project was started in 2011 when the construction designer Andris Indāns (Construction Practice No 45-245) prepared a technical project after the municipality OF Rezekne. Following successful procurement procedures, SIA “Rēzekne meliorator” became the winner. On August 12, 2013, a contract was concluded for the cleaning of the Poopola reservoir and the installation of pedestrian walkways IN Ozolaines parish in Beku village. The total amount of the contract was eur 90622,56.

We would like to thank the former head of THE Ozolaines parish administration, Zinaid Skredele, for this idea which was successfully implemented.

We call on all citizens OF Ozolaines parish to take the opportunity to spend their free time in the shared area. We also call for more careful treatment of the environment as it is one of the most important factors affecting our lives, quality of work and the development of healthy and complete development of our children. If you don't have a chance to clean up an area, then try not to rub it.

Ozolaines parish administration manager Edgars Blinovs
