For the fifth year, Nicodema Ranana's prize for the greatest Latgale teachers will be presented.

On September 22, pl .14: 00 In Rezekne, the final event of Nicodema Ranana Prize Latgale will be held.
The recognition articles and six main prizes – silver-forged roots, the author and producer of which are Rotkalis Rihards Ciblis – will be presented at a solemn event at the premises of the Rēzekne Technology Academy (in the entrance hall 115, the hall of acts). All nominators, their nominators, as well as friends and supporters are invited to arrive in time – all will be expected from pl. 13:30. On two days, Erica Zepa will be awarded the awards, the teacher summing up and all the attendants will play Charles Kazakh's music in the performance of the author. Around 16:00 is expected to end and continue with informal negotiations at the tea table.
For knowledge: the competition and awarding event held by Monsignor, Rēzekne teacher Institute, Nikodema Ranana, is held for the fifth year. At this time, 32 nominations have been applied for in five categories. The competition is organised by the Latgalian cultural association in collaboration with the Council of Development of Latgale Planning Region (LPRAP) and the Rēzekne Technology Academy.
