The Seventh Year A/S “Latvian State Forests” for non-governmental organisations in Latvia will be divided by 300 000 euros in the tender procedure.

On the basis of a/s “Latvian State Forests” and a partner – the foundation “Foundation“ Ziedot.lv ””, the foundation “Latvian Children's Fund” and the association “Latvian Samarian Association” intent protocol and a contract concluded on 27 December 2017 on the contribution of a/s “Latvian State Forests” to the social sphere, the Seventh Year Partners are launching applications for associations and foundations for support for social projects.
Eur 300 000 are available for the competition in the following priority areas:
• Help for children and adults with special needs
• assistance to socially vulnerable groups of society;
support for the dignified and active lifestyle of pensioners;
support for the integration of groups of society.
“For the Seventh year, LVM supports socially important initiatives throughout Latvia. The project competition is a great practice of receiving funding for the best professionals in their field. Ziedot.lv closely follows the implementation of each project so that the funds donated are spent in a targeted manner and will benefit the entire community,” uzsver Ziedot.lv's manager Ruth diamond.
Maximum implementation period of the project from 1 March to 31 December 2018. One organisation and its unit may submit one project application. The project application may be nvo.ziedot.lv at the site until 31 January 2018 (including).

In order to ensure that THE allocation of LVM donations and the implementation of supported projects are as fair and transparent as possible, LVM has sold it in the hands of professionals since 2011. In the social field, the Memorandum of Cooperation is concluded with trusted representatives of their field - Ziedot.lv of foundations, the Latvian children's fund and the Latvian Saarians Association, which organizes the progress of the competition and supervises the utilisation of the donation. LVM also supports projects of Ziedot.lv social assistance programmes of Latvia, the Latvian Children's Fund and the Latvian Saarland Association.
