JDK “Jumalēni” 15 years in the wings of Ribu butterflies

The butterflies stand for spring, youth – “Yumalene.” In 15 years, the youth dance collective “Jumalēni” has decorated various dance articles both on THE stage of Dricānu cultural house and on many other scenes, erections, stadiums etc. By these years, the composition of “Yumalen” has changed very much – many former dancers have gone to great cities to study, work, and the “Yumalen” collective and its manager Sylvia Bookta always stay, work - so there is and will be! Indeed, it can be said that these years have gone on as a witness in the wings of the butterflies, both rise and fall.
On 27 April, THE Dricānu cultural house dance collective “Jumalēni” danced his 15-year-anniversary concert '' 15 years in the wings of the racquet butterflies. Together with anniversaries, the festival was celebrated collectively from Nagļiem, Kaunatas, Shergans, Nautrēniem, Dricānu High School JDK “Naramoņi” as well as domestic collective, middle-generation dance collective 'Jumalo'.
During the concert, they danced on 15 dances, shared their thoughts, emotions, and feelings about what they meant 'Yumalen', how their attempts had gone, and, of course, enjoyed other collective performances. 15 dances in turn – it was a true proof of strength and violence! The wet forehead, the back, but smiling and persuaded, were “Yumalen” young people. The tears of joy and pride gleamed in the eyes of the collective leader Sylvia Bocket.
It was pleasant to see the former “Yumalen” dancers among the viewers, as well as the satisfaction of the Rēzekne municipality's council, THE words of the congratulations and praise of Genovefa Jondale, head of the council of the parish council of Dricānu.
