JDK “Vimyns” succeeds IN THE I round of THE XIX innovation dance competition in Rēzekne

On December 6, the Rēzekne cultural house was held at the box office of THE XIX Creative Dance Competition. It took part in the Rēzekne municipality'S Feimaņu parish school youth dance collective “Vimyns” with dance “Začeits”. The choreography is in September of that year and is created by THE artist leader of THE JDK “Vimyns” Guntis Tjarvja. The music for the musical accompaniment was used in the music of the People's music Erika Zepa, performed by the post-folklore group “rikis”. As before every contest, even this time, the dancers were beating faster, but the excitement vanished at the moment they came to the stage. Each face and eyes gleamed with joy. True happiness was about the ovations that the viewers gave. It showed that the dance story was “taken” to them. When the speeches had passed, there were other dances with a peaceful heart that reflected his creativity as both young and experienced choreographs. After all collective performance, the choreographs had to gather together to hear the jury's comments and suggestions. It is pleasant that the dance “Začeit” was not a special recommendation. The jury commented that “Začeits” has respected the basic laws of the composition, the dance is the introduction, the development, the culmination and the final. Use of peculiar footsteps that reveal the creation of the horeograph. However, the results were not immediately reported. A few days later, an undetectable satisfaction was that the dance “Začeits” in the new choreographs group was set to THE FINAL of THE XIX innovation dance competition, which would be held on 24 January 2015 in Valmiera.
