Seminars on available support for renovation of multi-apartment buildings will be held in Jçkabpils, Rēzekne, Daugavpils and Preilos

On 1 and 2 November of that year, seminars on the implementation of energy efficiency measures in multi-apartment buildings and available state aid will be held in four cities of Latgale – Jçkabpils, Rēzekne, Daugavpils and Preilos. Seminars are organised by the Ministry of Economics and the development finance institution Altum informative campaigns “live warm”.
For seminars, we invite representatives of house management companies, apartment owners and construction companies, as well as the parents of multi-apartment residential houses.
Seminar “Increase in energy efficiency of multi-apartment houses. The conditions, the process and quality of renovation will be able to ascertain the conditions of THE EU fund support programme“ to promote energy efficiency improvement in residential buildings ”, the preparation of technical documentation, the decision-making procedure, as well as the receipt of co-financing. Representatives of banks who will be informed of the conditions for obtaining credit will also participate in the seminar.
Seminars will be held on 1 November at 11.00 in Jekabpils and at 17.30 In Rezekne, but on 2 November at 11.00 in Daugavpils and at 17.30 Preparations.

At the same time, p.a. 2 November at 11:00 Daugavpils municipality council (Daugavpils municipality council, 1 st floor, Cabinet 8) Ministry of Economics and Welfare Ministry organise seminar 'construction process and environmental accessibility'. Experts from the construction boards of Latgale region are invited to participate in the seminar. The agenda of the event is published here.
As it is known, on 15 March 2016, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the new aid programme for increasing energy efficiency in multi-apartment residential buildings. In support of the renovation of multi-apartment buildings, 166 470 588 euros will be available in the period 2016-2023. Within the framework of the new programme, it is planned to support the restoration of approximately 1 700 buildings, providing an opportunity for almost 13.5 thousand families to achieve significant energy savings. Support for energy efficiency improvement measures of multi-apartment houses is provided by the development finance institution Altum.
