How TO get LAD customer service services remotely

In view of the exceptional situation in the country due to the Covid-19 virus, the Rural Support Service recalls that by 14 April of that year, the customer service has stopped.
In order to make the services more accessible, the Service has expanded the possibilities: customer registration forms or forms for changes in customer data can be www.latvija.lv to the portal site by authenticating with Internet banking approaches. So far, customer registration/change in customer data forms could not be submitted in this way.
Customer advice can be received remotely by customers. You can do this by calling a customer service phone 67095000 or by writing to an e-mail lad@lad.gov.lv.
A completed customer registration form can also be submitted by a customer with a secure electronic signature by sending to e-mail lad@lad.gov.lv.
The service has cancelled all planned public events – seminars, consultations and conferences.
