Every cake – your mood

IN Gaigalavas parish, Dziļarars, the farm “bunks” was baked by a cake, the house producer Baiba Vilnius. Baiba is a real artist, and in her wings there is a taste of delicious cakes and biscuits. It is a creative process when, as an artist, the work requires not only materials but also inspiration.
With the cake baking, Baiba started to do less than a year ago, but in the meantime, her cakes had been loved by many buyers: “the biggest ad is from the mouth of the mouth.” People extend the cakes made by me and ask me to play the same cake as i had recently made. “At the moment, Baiba's self-made cakes can be ordered in a direct purchase movement in Rezekne's“ green ”, release alley 95c, where it is possible to receive a pre-ordered cake every Tuesday. Baiba's cakes are also sold in Latgale's household store, Rezekne, in the release alley 98.
The interest in Baiba's self-justifiable cakes is large because they are quite different in the shelves of the shops. His cream, butter and his chicken eggs - it gives the cakes a special value. Currently, Baiba's orders are not missing and 5 to 20 orders meet in the week. But the biggest work was around Christmas time, then it was a test to bake up to 50 different orders over a week, both cakes and biscuits. The cakes are often baked at night when the man and children sleep in a cold sleep. Meanwhile, Baiba catches the real cake recipe in an unhurried atmosphere, and in the early morning it takes his birthday. “The man asks me, do you really need to sit at nights and cept's cakes?” But i like cept since childhood. I really like it! "said the cheerful cake. Baiba can't make two same cakes because each of them takes a big role in the mood. It can be said that every cake has its own mood.
A four-year-old son and a little girl, who is only four months old, is growing in Baiba's family, so that, in particular, the cooking of cakes is a real test for the young mother and the whole family. But the little girl, sitting in a chair, follows her carefully as her mother is in the kitchen. “The little girl starts to learn, and maybe she can get the first pies from her childhood,” Baiba smiles.
Three years ago, Baiba and his family purchased the land and the house IN Gaigalavas parish “Cars” and began to realize their dream of setting up a home environment by cleaning up the surroundings that had not been managed for 20 years. It was a big challenge and a hard work, but as Baiba herself says, she can't imagine herself anywhere else. Here is a place where she feels on one wave with nature. Since 30 May 2014, Baiba owner Baiba has also been involved in the activities of the national rural network “Promoting the economic activity of rural areas”. The objective of this programme is to promote the growth of business activity in rural areas, to support new entrepreneurs by developing farm development plans and to provide advice to the development of livestock, crop and forestry sectors. With the support of employees of the Latvian Rural Consultation and Education Centre, Baiba has the opportunity to receive consultations for the promotion of his or her economic activity.
One of the household's dreams is gradually being realized – they build a separate kitchen with her husband, in which Baiba can create more delicious cakes. I wish Baiba and her family no strength, creative spirit, patience, and persistence in the realization of their planned works! That the daily rhythm is as sweet as Baiba's gorgeous cakes!
