Kaunatā – “raibā world”

AT Kaunatas in secondary school from 4 to 8 June, the project “Support for the Development of Individual Competencies of Students” (No. 8.3.2.2/16/I/001) took place in the day camp “world of the day”. It took classes 1-6 from the Rēzen primary school and Kaunatas secondary schools. The camp program was built up to a maximum extent so that students both learn, learn, learn and actively rest. The pupils were divided into three age groups so that they could be adjusted according to each Old Stage.
On the first day of the camp, a study visit to Latgale Embassy GORE was offered to all participants. It was a great introduction to THE possibilities offered BY GORE, a modern technical and design solution, as well as a desire to visit Latgale embassies. IN LEGO Robotics, students knew the foundations of robotics, THE possibilities and their use, and tried to create and manage robots. In the famous “fortune” activities that took place in the school fireplace, the camp participants met the Indian lifestyle, traditions and rituals. Not less exciting was the archaeological excavation and the findings in the school jump. The participants had the opportunity to learn more about the importance of archaeological excavations, the value of artifacts, their accounting and preservation. In the activities “environment around us”, the richness and value of plants were discovered, the possibilities for their use. The pupils showed their knowledge of herbal plants, as well as learned a lot of new ones. During the camp, the young people learned the contemporary dance footsteps, though they were more interested in the girls. In visual artistic activities, drawings for the painted book on THE village OF Kaunatas were created. It will be a dedication to the village in the centuries of Latvia. The camp members had the opportunity to express themselves in color, painting decorative compositions. In free moments after lunch, pupils played table games. Many captured constructors and mind games, building in the module system and plastiline. Every day after lunch, the pupils were held out. On the trip with the yacht sail on Razna Lakes, the pupils learned how difficult it was to manage the yacht, how serious the discipline on any ashtray had to be observed. The journey was not only the nerve of the nerves, due to a relatively windy time, but also an exciting excitement. At the Malukšt beach there was a Razna National Park lesson, “Razna inspired!” in which students learned about the hidden values of the lake, historical changes. This was followed by a creative task: the teams had to create three-dimensional objects from natural materials: plants and animals. One afternoon went into Youtras's relay at the school stadium. The students carried out a variety of tasks in agility and ingenuity. The last day of the camp came into the camp as the pupils became more familiar and together. With dances, toys and shared photo, the “worried world.”
In the questionnaires, the pupils found that somebody had liked the robots, where the discovery is archaeological excavation, another would want to draw more, but the fact that the camp could take longer was mentioned on each page. These pupils' insights give an incentive to look for new and exciting things around us and use it in the creation of the next camp, because the world is really so crazy about us!
