The quality of education is a key objective in the development of European education. It is one of the priorities for all educational policy makers. The development of sustainable school is based on the quality assurance of education and the preparation of pupils for future life in competition and market conditions. The mobility of pedagogical staff is one of the cornerstones for the development of teaching, contact, creative competences. In cooperation with colleagues from other countries, teachers will learn to assess their competences as well as get new initiatives for future work. Participation in the project will contribute to raising awareness of the European dimension in education, particularly in the context of the development of creativity and entrepreneurship. In addition, these two directions are closely linked to THE Kaunatas secondary school development plan and the Rēzekne District Development Strategy, which is based on the promotion of entrepreneurship, especially among young people. The additional benefit of the project – contacts created during individual learning mobility will contribute to the development of new cooperation opportunities and further development of the school in the field of international cooperation.
