Kaunatas High School “Suricates” won the Grand Leadership Prize 2018!

On April 20, an ambitious event was held in Riga and the final of the project “Eu for its environment”. More than 400 participants took part, THE hourly rooms OF RISEBA architecture and media centre H2O 6 were selected as the venue. 10 teams participated in the final of the “Eu Environment” project. From Kaunatas high school, two teams took part: “Ginger” with the project “bracelet pipe” (Sanita Kuzminska, Christine Marmiuzva, toni Angelo Fernandes – teacher Maria Mukāne) and the “Suricates” team with the project “100 aushes for Latvia” (Inguss Sutins, Linda Kisele, Erika's profits – teacher Irene Selivonchik).
This competition, as the participants themselves recognise, helped develop the skills of a large audience, overcome excitement and respond to the jury's questions in defending their project.
