Best Kaunatas secondary school students go excursion

On Wednesday 13 May 2015, thanks to the active activities of the school parents' Council, the most successful and active students in classes 4 to 12 were given the opportunity to participate in a nice excursion organised as a prize for excellent and good work in this school year.
The first stop was the museum of the museum of the Gunar Estonian museum and the workshop in Gaigalava, where the pupils took an insight into the history, structure and diversity of musical instruments. It was interesting to all: both those who had been here and those who enjoyed the music of the museum for the first time.
The second object of the survey was the Teirumnik lake swamp trail. Under the guidance of Guida, pupils recognized the diversity of marsh plants, the principles and importance of marsh formation in nature. As it turned out, the swamp is a beautiful, slightly mysterious and gentle natural wealth that has been permanently destroyed in many places in Europe. After a walk on the swamp, the school cook was very good at the warm lunch and the knife in the open air.
At the end of the excursion, the pupils had the opportunity to see a collection of great household articles, dishes, clothing and toys. The collection of historical toilets and medieval torches was amazed. This exhibition introduced excursion participants with less known and popular facts from our ancestral history, culture and life.
