Latgale was successfully represented in the tourism exhibition in Lithuania

From 25 to 27 January, the Vilnius exhibition complex “Litexpo” took place in the Lithuanian tourism exhibition “Adventur 2019”, in which representatives of the Latgale Region Tourism Association “Ezerland”, along with Daugavpils City Municipal Tourism Development and Information Agency and Daugavpils Mark Rootko Art Centre specialists, also participated in the Vilnius exhibition complex “Litexpo”.
The exhibition was widely visited and the Lithuanians were attracted by the elegant Latgalian stand. Tourist materials for Latgale region – Latgale cities and municipalities were available to visitors to the exhibition. The tourism maps of Rezekne and Daugavpils were available in Lithuanian language and these marketing materials were very demanding. Visitors of the exhibition were interested in the most popular tourist attractions and routes in Latgale, on active recreational, culinary heritage, catering and accommodation opportunities in Latgale cities and municipality.
On the second day of the exhibition, on 26 January, various activities took place in Daugavpils Stand with the scientists' centre “ZINOO”. On 27 January, on Sunday, Daugavpils Mark Rootko Art Center graphic workshop was active on Sunday, where every lead was able to create his own postcard with Daugavpils logo.
The exhibition “Adventur 2019” is the largest annual event in the Lithuanian tourism sector, which brings together representatives of both domestic and foreign tourism industry. The exhibition is visited annually by more than 12,000 stakeholders, which are mainly end-users.
