Latgale Podnieku Days 2018

Latgale podiers' days 2018 have reached culmination! On 27 and 28 April we will meet in theoretical reading at Latgale Culture History Museum in Rezekne, then go to a joint bakery in the St. islava Vilnius ceramic workshop “Cukrasata” Ozolaines parish Bekis.
28 April at 10.00 In the morning we will open the podcasts to remove more warm clay dishes. Latgale Podnieku Day 2018 will be concluded at THE Rēzekne District Lūznavas Manor, where Latgale Focus Day exhibition will be opened in the new art room - Kulturys škiuni.

The tradition of podation is one of the most brightest elements of Latgale intangible cultural heritage, and the works created by Latgale podiers are a traditional business card of Latgale.
Traditional Latgale podiers' days, which offer a wide range of events over several days and attract visitors from all Latvia to the podiers in the workshops for the killing, removal and festival culmination event - in the opening of the exhibition. This year, they are already in the 38-year-old. The Latgale pottery day - 2018 will be seen in both colourful and black ceramics. Visitors are given the opportunity to see the demonstration of clay turnaround and to operate themselves with clay masterworkshops.
