Latvian Health Week Lūznavas civil parish

From 29 May to 4 June, the Latvian Health Week has been active in various sports and health events for the fourth consecutive year: morning rotation runners, Mamanet game, velo-photo-orientation, noodle rolls, zumbs and therapeutic gymnastics. On the day of the child's protection (1 June), despite the rainy time, the families of families and friends were running in the backpack (“bye, school!”), in frisbia, as well as in other attractions and competitions.
As a tradition, a towel on the Versican Lake was organized, and a warm tea and a fire-baked sausage were awaited on the shore, and active games and competitions were organised. It was a pleasure to see the ghosts among the towlers.
The news of the scrap-nails was the polo-orientation. The task of the competition -- had to find 12 different types of objects IN THE area OF Lūznavas, and take photos. Each member received a village plan (map) and object pictures. The winners were awarded with medal, diplomas and memorial awards. 1 st place was fought by the student Māris Dembovskis, who, by the way, won the Latvian Health Week at Luznava-2017, the most active participant in Latvia!
All participants and volunteers who assisted in organising events received diplomas and gratitude, as well as commemorative awards from THE Lūznavas parish administration.
The Health Week is an excellent opportunity to encourage parish people to be physically active, promote healthy lifestyles, support amateur sport activities and spend time spending time.
