From 23 May to 29 May, a variety of sports and health events were organised on every day of Latvia's health week in accordance with all age groups: morning rotation, volleyball, orientation, striping, hosting, bicycle travel, aerobic and therapeutic exercises. On Sunday, at the end of the health week, the families of families and friends were going to jump in high-jumping, in the backpack (“bye, school!”), as well as in other attractions and competitions.

More than 150 participants took part in the event, who ran 100 km together, took 50 km, took a bicycle 120 km, jumped 24 m, performed 70 exercises and took 11 different games!

A cultural and entertainment programme was also offered to participants in the health week. The stubs from Lūznavas, Maltas and Rezekne were organized around Lūznavai, information on historical sites, excursion IN Lūznavas Manor and gida narration of its history, which gave the participants memorable impressions and positive reviews. At the end of the distance there was a warm tea, a fire-baked sausage, and fun contests and activities on the shore of the Lake Veridesne.

All participants and volunteers who assisted in organising events received diplomas and gratitude, as well as commemorative awards from the Latvian People's Sports Association and Lūznavas parish administration.

The Health Week is an excellent opportunity to encourage parish people to be physically active, promote healthy lifestyles, support amateur sport activities and spend time spending time.
