Rural Support Service (LAD) informs
As of 2016, the application for area payments can only be carried out electronically via a LAD electronic login system (EPS). In order to be able to use the system and submit its area application to it, farmers must first conclude a contract for THE use OF LAD EPS services. The customer's active email address is required at the conclusion of the contract. Contracts are available in parish management, LAD homepage www.lad.gov.lv in the “how to become EPS user” and customer service centres, as well as parish and county consultants.
EPS contracts should be completed in 2 copies and delivered TO THE LAD. It is very desirable to do so by the end of the month of March!
In spring, when the submission of area payments TO THE EPS is commenced (indicative from š. g. 18 April - 15 May), THE LAD will organise practical training for farmers on the use of EPS and the application for payment of areas in electronic form, as well as the possibility for customers to fill in and submit an area payment application electronically, in exits to parish administrations/centres. The date of departure will be published in the website of the municipality and in local newspapers. Follow the information!
It is possible for customers to submit an area payment application in 2016:
1. Complete and submit TO THE EPS itself;
2. Use THE advice provided BY LAD in parish councils/centres, Eastern Latgale RLP indoors br. Skrindu street 11, Rezekne, tel. 64625114, 64605826 and Raina Street 25, Ludza, tel. 27876665.
3. Utilize the services of the Latvian Rural Advisory and Education Centre, the services provided by parish consultants etc.
In order to successfully conduct customer service/submission of applications via EPS, applicants in parish administrations will necessarily have to arrive with:
1. the user name and password of THE EPS assigned;
2. a copy of the application for the previous year's payments;
3. the cadastre numbers of the areas managed;
4. information as areas will be managed in 2016.
