LIAA Rēzeknes business incubator (Latvian Investment and Development Agency)

Business incubator for entrepreneurs and business initiators have the opportunity to receive support for the development of business ideas, development of a business plan, or the promotion of an existing new company. The purpose of the aid provided by the incubator is to develop the skills of the economic operator so that it is able to be competitive and swift after leaving the incubator.
Both natural persons with business ideas and already existing entrepreneurs who have not been registered for more than 3 years may join the incubator. The aid may be received up to 4 years, taking into account the progress achieved every year and setting new objectives for the development of the merchant. The following sectors are not supported in the business incubator programme: fisheries and aquaculture, primary production of agricultural products, trade, financial intermediation, commercial services, gambling.
