The magazine school is selected by children and young people from a wide range of Latvian provinces and cities, as:

• here is an opportunity to have a full secondary education in three years and also a post, receiving both an attestation of general secondary education and a certificate for the acquisition of a vocational direction programme;
• a number of interesting events are organised at the school;
• students participate in creative projects, exhibitions, form a website, film videos, participate in competitions and competitions, receive valuable prizes for good achievements, but the main – after graduation of secondary school – successfully finds work or continues studies at universities;

• all transport expenses from home to school and from school to home shall be borne by the local government, the local government living in the dormitory shall pay travel expenses once a week.
