Saturday, February 9, at 13.30 Lūznavas Manor calls for the opening of the exhibition “my nature” by artist Ivo Pisel. The inspiration of Latgale's countryside will be seen in the painting colours of the painting of Preilos.
Artist Aivis Piesel was born in Preilos in 1988. In 2009, the Latvian Academy of Art and Design completed a bachelor degree in the Latvian Academy of Art (LMA) in 2013, and in 2015 THE LMA was also a master's degree in painting. A. Pisel, whose creative activity is closely related to Latgale, has been seen in both Preilos and elsewhere in Latgale – Rezekne, Daugavpils, Varakavans, Balvi, as well as elsewhere in Latvia – Mazirbé, Jelgava, Ozolnieki, as well as Riga.
On the idea of the exhibition, the painter says, “My nature started here in Latgale countryside, where grandmother cows and rural ara grandfather's horse were in the meadow. It's still alive in my memories. And alive is the landscape i painted in my compositions. Nature is the largest inspiration. It will never be surprising with its variability and diversity. 'The artist's paintings are usually spoken by the unusual language of their color and the energy that fly outside the canvas. The painter acknowledges that the art has an opportunity to be true and more open than in life, so the viewer, looking at color reflections, will definitely see her. The works to be seen in the exhibition are about the moment of the moment, which, during the painting process, breaks out from the inner perception of the artist.
Ivy Pisel's favorite Genre is the landscape, because nature is the largest inspiration. The artist is delighted: “nature will never be surprised by its variability and diversity.” How great it is to be in nature and feel the sun dazzling, the sea bounces and the sky is always changing! In the spring, when the snow was snow, the countryside moved into lakes in childhood, where the rubbishers could be braced. It was nothing if sometimes the water fell in, there was a nightmare on which to dry the socks of the soaked wool. In the summer of the meadow, it was a fantastic flowering sea that waved and smelled of sunshine. Go and with her sister Pete's multicoloured flower crowns, then the time of the hay with her unforgettable scent and hay rolls to be taken by her father to the barn. Then, after working at home, her mother greets the most spiritual food she can't get in any fine restaurant. '
The painter's works remain in memory because of the bright, saturated colors he himself says, that exactly such bright colors can be seen. The feeling of color for Ivo Piesel had been taught by Latgale School – that it was the most important and important thing in the painting. The artist seems to have the task of expressing his feelings and his view. If other more important things seem to be details, but Ivo Piesel has emotions and colours.
