On Sunday, October 7, from 12.00 to 15.00, Luznava Manor invites an event dedicated to hunting – the opening of an exhibition and the events of hunting activities in Kulturys shkiuni and customs territory.
At the beginning of that year, the hunters-enthusiastics of Rezekne, in collaboration with Rēzekne Municipality Luznava Manor, invited them to participate in the refurbishment of former manor tradition – hunting trophies – promising to create a collection of trophies collected in autumn. The promise is held and on October 7, at 12.00 the Luznava Manor Kulturys škiuni will take place in the opening of the hunting trophies and gundeg Ranance painting, after which the interested parties are invited to participate in various hunting activities – to meet the various hunting dogs and to listen to the stories of their owners about hunting assistants, taste the hunters and hunters' wife's prepared meals from hunting, as well as to deguish the production of the Rēzekne meat combate game, as well as to try to win the shooting in the masterclass and try to hit the target with an air rifle.
In one exhibition with the trophies of Latgale hunters, there will also be pictures of the artist's gundeg in Ranance oil technique, which have spread over the last three years. The artist is still fascinated by the landscape of Latvia, the Silent nature, the figure of a woman, as well as the various daylight games of the day, early morning or late evening. Gundega tries to capture the topical theme of every season – whether they are pals, snow, summer succulent green, or flowers, berries, fish, mushrooms, and things that are around us everyday, telling the stories of their owners – off-boots, coffee mugs, the sweaty shirt and others. The painting of Latgale artist, Ranance of Ranance, was also a collection of the newly emerged Anne Ranceans' poems “Piga i Silent.”
