In order to form a collaboration with the neighbouring country and to expand the Rēzekne municipality's renovated Lūznavas manor cultural offer, THE Lūznavas manor collective took place in Lithuania from 23 to 24 October. The experience gained during the visit will provide a positive contribution to THE development OF Lūznavas manor in 2016, in particular by promoting cultural cooperation in the context of exhibitions and concerts.
During the visit, six sites were visited in Lithuania, the experience of the 17 th century Renaissance Monument, the Raudondvaris manor complex, was discovered and investigated, with special attention to the activities of the art incubator located there, which opened only in 2015, but with the activities of theatre, concert hall and new artists, the site has already strengthened the location of a significant cultural tourism object in the Lithuanian tourism offer.
It is no longer a secret that there was a recreational and inspiration of the famous Lithuanian painter and composer Mikolaus Konstantins Churlonis in the Kerbei family in Latgale, and an important part of the visit was the visit of Churcun Museum in Kaunas, where the foundations for possible cooperation in exhibitions and concerts were laid down, as well as the discussion of ideas for the exchange of historical material. To explore the possibility of contemporary art exhibitions IN Lūznavas Manor, we also visited Kaunas biennals – the 10 th modern art festival, which is the largest contemporary art event in the Baltic States.
At the end of the first day, one of the Lithuanian Senior Museum of Këdainiai was planned, during which special attention was paid to the small acoustic concert hall created in the former synagogue, where there is an active concert activity. The experience of this concert hall was particularly valuable because of the fiano, as the acquisition of such a tool for expanding concert opportunities is also considered IN Lūznavas manor.
The second day of the experience of the experience was the introduction of two manors – a visit to a complex of Burbiškio Dvara and a visit to Pakroja Manor (Pakruoju Dvara). The visit of the Bubbie Manor was important not only because of the familiarity of the manor, but even more, to know its positive experience in organising festivals – a large tulip festival is held every spring. By drawing parallels with Lūznavas Manor, the Burbians Manor has a large park, while Lūznavas Park holds a legend about a girl who has planted tulips in the park because of tragic love. Such a festival may also be one of the possible offers of the estate in the future. On the other hand, Pakroya's estate is focused on the live museum in it – visitors are offered the opportunity to feel the image of the estate-holders, dressing in the coats of the relevant age and enjoying the life of the manor.
During the experience, we gained a lot of valuable ideas, examples and inspiration to implement in the development OF THE Lūznavas manor complex. One of the closest and every guest of the manor would be the opportunity given in 2016 to look at the 40 Churcin photography exhibition “Anapa”, the exhibition of Churcun's reproductions, as well as to hear Churcun's grandson, the pianist hand Zubova (hand Zubova) concert.
