THE Lūznavas manor complex is becoming increasingly common and more attractive – this year, thanks to the implementation of three projects, a fox set in the manor park, a rusty table and chairs, as well as the closing of the barn.
In the implementation of the Rēzekne Municipality Environmental Protection Fund project “Conservation and Protection of Nature Values OF Lūznavas Manor Park”, a page set in this autumn is installed IN THE Lūznavas park. The new benefit of the park will be a great place for both natural observation and the rest of the rest of the day, during the knowledge of the natural values of the park. So far, in the implementation of the park improvement works envisaged in the project, two ponds of pond have been performed, the repair of one pond dam, the purchase of mineral fertilizers for the provision of greenery of the pond, the burial of the pond in the park area, as well as the refurbishment of the summer flower plants for the building of the park landscape, a rose garden, refurbished summer flower compositions, as well as an installed arbor. The second project in which the parked parks implemented is with the Latvian municipal Union (LAS) in the 2017 project “Good works of local governments in parks for the centuries of Latvia” - one table and two steps, the production and installation of which was carried out by a master of the office, a resident of Rezekne District, an Artis Rubuļņīks, who has a long-term wood-processing master's experience. Lūznavas Manor Park is a part of a manor complex which is both a valuable part of Razna National Park and a tourist-bound object with its wealth. The Park of Manor is 23.7 ha wide, with a 7-pond system of 2.6 ha, where the fish of the Manor owners Kerbedza. In the park, there is a Madonna statue showing St Maria, an environmental installation “Abel” and an open public art exhibition in old schools. The park has been renowned approximately kilometres of tourist walks, swing-nails. There is also a large variety of unusual tree species – snakes, walnut trees, beech, Siberian lapegles and cedar.
Another cleaning event of the manor complex – the buildings located in THE SITE of Lūznavas manor building – barn, restoration. The renovation works of the barn were launched in autumn 2016, but its formal opening will take place on April 28, 2018, when the traditional Latgale pottery exhibition will be opened here. The renewed barn will be a new place for the implementation of public service and cultural events – the building will be able to be used as a summer cinema hall, picnic, creative masterworkshop, exhibition, educational activities, concert and other events. The renovation of the barn will be a non-traditional, but inherently complementary site of the development of the site development of the manor complex and the facilitator, allowing not only the house of the complex, but also the other buildings. It is also strategically considered to be the gradual development of other complex complex buildings.
On the beginning of the project, a symbolic call can be called in April 2015, when the renovation of the renovated Lūznavas manor house was discovered, and when assessing the state of the buildings located in the customs territory and aware of the most topical needs, it was decided that the better attractiveness of the facility and the expansion of possibilities would also require a gradual re-vitalisation of the other buildings. The first object to be restored is a barn that was precisely the object closest to the building. The Rēzekne municipality's Lūznavas parish administration plans to rebuild the barn and change the functional use of the building by establishing it as a multi-functional object to offer services that would complement THE Lūznavas estate offer and promote the attendance of THE Lūznavas manor complex and the diversity of opportunities. The first functional use of the renewed building is planned in spring of 2018 - on 28 April, the opening of the traditional exhibition of Latgale pottery days will take place, while the museum night, 19 May, the opening of the digital art exhibition, but the first cultural event barn was born already in the art picnic of that year - at the time of the event, the pop-up art gallery was discovered. THE barn located IN THE Lūznavas manor building area was constructed during the period from 1905 to 1911, originally built as a wood barn and constructed from wood on concrete foundations. The area of the barn is 204,4 m2, the building area 210,8 m2, until the commencement of renovation works served as a warehouse and a storage of various unnecessary cases. The technical condition of the barn was quite bad, but visually it was quite well in the manor building. The reconstruction project is implemented under the European Union Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) sub-measure 19.2. “Implementation of the action under the community-led local development strategy” activities 19.2.2. “Place potential development initiatives” in the project support programme. Action of the relevant community-led local development strategy 2.1.
