Domestic producers are invited to a seminar

Each who engages in the food chain must be guided by the guidelines laid down in accordance with the requirements of the laws and regulations. The highest liability is paid directly by a domestic producer who, when offering a product on the market, can obtain a favourable and perfect reputation in a very short period of time, or on the contrary. Therefore, it is for the domestic manufacturer to have very high self-control in terms of both quality and hygiene requirements.
Within the framework of the National Rural Network Action Plan, several activities for local agricultural product producers are planned during this year. One of the objectives of the activities is to improve the quality of the work of domestic producers. In order to understand the existing situation and find solutions to possible problems, THE Rēzekne division of LATVIA “Latvian Rural Consultation and Education Centre” organizes a free seminar for domestic producers.
This will be a start for a seminar and training cycle that will be able to achieve the key conditions of successful operation and the basic principles of the establishment of a self-control system (HACCP). Information on the possibilities of financial removals directly to domestic producers will be provided.
All domestic producers, the experienced and those who want to start and develop their activities are invited to the seminar.
