There will be a chance to participate in more than 20 workshops in the art picnic

On Sunday, July 21, visitors of the “art picnic” event in Rēzekne municipality will have the opportunity to participate in various creative and flavour workshops. Thanks to the support of the British Council in support of Latvia, more than 20 art-building workshops will be held and the environmental object “mule” will be involved in the creation of which every visitor will be able to participate.
THE Lūznavas Manor “art picnic” in the creative workshops of the creativity block will be able to learn the tabular, dreamer, fabric flower, paper kendam, cannabis paper-making skills, be able to try the luck in the neighborhood, learn the foundations of graphic, sneezing and weaving techniques, participate in the fairytale laboratory, and play a common picnic fairytale, participate in the miracle of ceramic dishes, musical together in jazz masterclass, and engage in the creation of the art value installation “mess”. The new businessmen of Rezekne will also have a special taste of taste during the event.
Visitors of the “art picnic” are encouraged to also know the creativity path of the leaders of the masters, to receive inspiration and encouragement for their creative activities. In parallel to the attendance of visitors in artistic masterworkshops, they will be able to search and find their own life, leaving their creativity traces in the creation of the “mule” of the environment, which will become a symbol of eternal creativity in the Lūznavas manor complex. Architect Didzis Jaunlow has designed the environmental object as a large-sized word “mule”, which, by promoting Community cooperation and responsibility for the realization of a common idea, including elements of art and encouraging the shared experience of various groups of society, will be complemented by any guest of the event. With the architect Didge New Low Command Lūznavas, the manor cooperated in the past, organising joint events in both Luznava and Zosna and the “nature concert hall”.
In parallel with the masterworkshops, the smallest visitors will have the opportunity to watch Latvian movies “Jacob, Mimmi and speaking dogs” and “grandfather, who is more dangerous than the computer”, to work in the experiment bar, blow bubbles, as well as to verify his success in the kendam game. Both local and foreign musicians will also be on the stage of the big and small festival, and there will be a jazz masterclass where the music of the association “the Ciel Experience” from THE USA will be shared with their experience.
The entrance tickets to the art festival “art picnic” can be purchased in pre-sale “ticket paradise” trade sites and on the Internet. The admission fee for the event at pre-sale is 3.00 €, the festival day on the spot – 4.00 €, children under 12 years of age – free of charge. For local - Rezekne municipality, THE population of a Maltas parish association – before the entry card, the entrance to “art picnic” is free of charge.
